You may request a full refund at any time before visiting our physical location to redeem your purchase. Once you have arrived and used the service or product in-store, refunds will no longer be permitted.

Pre-Visit Refund Requirements:
To qualify for a refund before your in-store visit:

The purchase must not have been marked as "redeemed" or "used" in our system.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).

How to Request a Pre-Visit Refund:

Post-Visit Policy:
After you have visited our location and used the service or product:

All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges will be granted.

Exceptions apply only if required by local consumer law (e.g., defective items, see below).

Damages or Issues:
If you encounter problems with your purchase during your in-store visit, please notify our staff immediately for resolution. We do not accept retroactive complaints after the visit concludes.
