At Fu Hui Gen Tang, patrons can choose from curated individual set menu or à la carte options. The individual set menu includes three bowls of Fu Hui Gen Tang (chicken), black fungus with vinegar, celtuce, white braised pig trotter, vermicelli with egg white, and a dessert of the day, priced at S$108 per person.
