At the heart of The Dolar Shop's menu is its exquisite range of broths, including the legendary Silver Broth, which has undergone eight recipe upgrades since its introduction in 2013. This labour-intensive broth requires 45kg of ingredients to yield the same amount of liquid, with 4kg of chicken used per order, an 8-hour simmering process to achieve the perfect flavour. Another standout is the Black Truffle Mushroom Broth, developed in 2019, which became a regular menu item after a successful trial period. This broth requires four free-range chickens and three hours of simmering.
