Highlights include the Beef Wellington, featuring juicy beef baked in layers of Parma ham, mushroom duxelle and puff pastry, served with herbed butter mash, haricot and confit tomatoes. For Asian-inspired mains, miss not the Tanglin Style Pao Fan with Puffed Rice that cooks up rice fragranced with the sweetest flavours of the sea thanks to ample additions of locally farmed Tiger prawns, crab meat, clams, scallops and squid, finished off with arugula, puffed rice, an onsen egg and rich superior broth. Sandwiches make a debut on the menu with iterations like the Pulled Pork Sandwich which is satisfaction personified with braised spiced Iberico pork jowl packed further with celery slaw, cheddar cheese and aioli between sourdough bread.
